So many teenagers have lost their way, social media doesn't help in adding pressure to an already challenging time for them. I've found a number of situations where teenagers are struggling and feel unable to speak with their family members, teachers and/or parents. The parents find it increasingly difficult to get along with their own children and this is where Teenage/Parent coaching plays a part. It's about providing a safe place for teenagers to talk openly about their lives, insecurities and frustrations. Working separately with parents and their children helps rebuild broken relationships.
